Dr. Brown’s Journey to Dentistry
Early Life and Humanitarian Service
Dr. Brown was one of 6 brothers and sisters, and was raised in Wasilla, Alaska. He obtained his GED early so that he could work as a contractor in Japan. He even began a competitive snowboarding sponsorship, but cut it short to begin his Humanitarian service work that includes years of international service.
Educational Journey and Career Path
Dr. Brown finished his undergraduate schooling at University of Oregon, in Lundquist College of Business Honors Program. After working in business management only a short while, he realized he had not arrived where he wanted to be. After much research, he realized that a career in Dentistry would fully utilize his various talents and his desire to make a difference. Six years later, that dream became reality when he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI.
Passion for Dentistry
With his passion for life and love of giving to others, he has jumped into dentistry, taking countless hours of continuing education in order to fulfill his career aspirations. He has expertly provided all aspects of dentistry to his patients while helping them, through various techniques such as Conscious Sedation, to achieve optimum dental health with minimum discomfort.
Life Beyond Dentistry
Beyond the office, Dr. Brown is an adventurer, creator, and community leader. He thrives on:
- Exploring the outdoors – Snowboarding, rock climbing, downhill mountain biking, wakeboarding, and anything adrenaline-fueled.
- Building & inventing – Whether it’s crafting something new or refining an idea, he loves working with his hands.
- Connecting with people – Learning about different cultures, beliefs, and stories.
- Giving back – Volunteering for his community and globally.
While Dr. Brown chased his career dreams, he always felt the pull of the mountains. Now, settled in beautiful Colorado, he couldn’t be happier to call this community home.
